Learner notes

Rest Period Mapping alone paid for the seat — we found three illegal turnarounds in a draft warehouse rota.

Solid on leave math. I wanted more examples for tarifgebunden retail; the office hours helped fill that gap.

FAQ

Is this legal advice I can rely on in court?

No. The Intensive is educational and consultative. It does not replace representation by a licensed attorney or the advice of a works council counsel for litigation.

How much time should I set aside?

Most learners spend 4–6 hours across two weeks, plus optional office hours. The capstone packet usually takes one focused evening.

What is a real limitation of this program?

We do not provide jurisdiction-specific opinions for every Tarifvertrag. Sector rules can override classroom examples; you must verify the agreement that binds your workplace. That verification step is taught, not performed for you inside the self-paced modules.

Can my employer sponsor a seat?

Yes. We invoice organizations after a short scope call. Team formats are listed under Works Council Circle on Pricing.
